After you change the name of a role, any post made before you changed the name should update with the new name.
Any post made before you changed the name will continue to have the role of the old name.
Make a role and give yourself a role. Post something new then change the name of the role.
Works on any ForumsGG website.
EDIT: Seems like the role name doesn't update at all and requires you to remove the role from the player and give it back to them for it to update.
