User should be able to change the Roles tag string through config #6

User can change the Roles tag string through config.

Some of us are already using role like concept in AWS, but we might be using different string. This should be configurable through ec2.yml

This is a follow up of following pull request https://github.com/forward/capify-ec2/pull/16

Please reject or accept this, I need this functionality. Your comments are welcome. If you don't like this implementation I am willing to change my approach but @forward your feedback is required.
