Any interest in prepending the header row on generated csv and tsv files? #19

Was considering submitting a PR for this, but wanted to gauge interest first.

I think that's a fine feature - as long as it is controllable (not everyone will want this by default). Be warned I've just made a ton of changes and cut a 1.0.0 pre-release, so if you've forked you'll want to bring yourself in line with upstream.
