This is not fixed. Iām getting connection timeout right now from exchange online to your service.
If it is fixed is broken itself again you forwarding wait times are 5 1/2 minutes
The waiting time is super long in last few days, it takes minutes to receive emails.
Yes, but why is it so long, you also seem to miss this point that your servers are actually in timing out to request from other mail systems?
It should not be acceptable for emails to take five minutes, If this is in your terms of service that it can take extended period of time to receive emails please let me know so I can move off your infrastructure or at least consider options.
Your monitoring seems to say everything is online even though emails have been delayed by up to 5 minutes.

This is SMTP to your MX servers coming from Exchange online, but this will be coming from anywhere that is using your service......

The domain a6n.co.uk is hosted on your service if you check the MX records, but the end goal is Google Mail, that is the error with Exchange Online (which I use at work) not being able to talk to your service, this is definitely you.......

This occurred when your website said it would take 5 minutes 15 seconds to get mails to google mail inboxes, like this but yellow and up at 5m........

The status page did also not detect this either, however you can see the 12 minute delay here in tracking.....

Closing as we're investigating the delays from earlier this morning and this issue is being resolved over email
