Update packagist / create new release #16

It looks like you haven't tagged in 2 years time and the version on packagist is currently not PHP 8.2/8.3 compatible causing us to use the repo as a source with dev-master as a version.

Could you please tag a new version so this isn't necessary?

Tag v0.4.4 is created for this with support for php 8.2 and 8.3. See https://github.com/forwarder/belco-magento2/releases/tag/v0.4.4
