Move install script to the web #106

The next logical step of the install script's legacy is to move it all to the web. That way, it is more like a traditional GUI.

Host on localhost (TODO: which port?)
Add text boxes for all the prompts (pagination?)
Add images from docs on where to get data from, possibly even links to the applications page?
Redirect to login screen after install completed
