Move user configs outside of regular file structure #44

Create a default user instance (located in the root instance folder)
Update install.sh script accordingly
Update scripts referencing these configs

To keep consistent, the config.json is not moved. In the end, most of these things should be moved into the database and configured when first launching the bot itself (as opposed to an external installer script).

TODO: Update docs (wiki) to include command-line argument list.

To manually migrate:

bot/config/app-config.json -> instance/bot.json
bot/database/discotron.db -> instance/discotron.db
dashboard/config/config.js -> instance/dashboard.js
bot/.installed -> instance/.installed
