Mobile navbar design #95

Commit 2d627e68cb66779821fb0beaa9ea60fc854e0149 made it so the user info bar (on the bottom of the navbar on PC) gets moved inline with the other list elements (see around line 673 the rule #user-info.menu-displayed).

In my opinion, it is inconsistent and doesn't look as nice as leaving it as-is. Was there a reason to explicitly do this, or has there been too many redesigns that the visuals just changed over time?

There may or may not have been a reason for doing that, but the latest one does look better :+1:
