Applying for grants to fund scholarship programs for eRum. #8

I have suggested to the eRum 2020 committee to make a grant proposal to relevant charitable foundation, e,g, the Sloan Foundation, for the travel bursaries specifically for African and Asian R users.

The knowledge base can be retained for future conferences such as UseR! 2021.

Assistance from those with experience in writing grant applications would be welcome.
