Research Etherpad alternatives and select new tool for Minutes #24

Etherpad has thus far been used for collaborative editing of minutes, although there is now a banner that states "Etherpad is unsupported, see here for more info: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Etherpad". It may be worth switching tools moving forward.

Proposed alternatives:

Cryptpad (doesn't have the color highlighting, although collaborative editing during slackathons is rare)
Edupad (essentially the same as Etherpad)

Simon Urbanek has provided us access to the Etherpad instance running on on his server for Core Team meetings.
