Konsistente Lizenz

In der gesamten FOSA sollte die selbe Lizenz angegeben sein.

Aktueller Stand:

Am besten wir erstellen einen allgemeingültigen header, welcher dann ich alles Files eingefügt werden kann. Für die GPL gibt es Standardtexte. Für CC habe ich leider nichts schlaues gefunden, mache aber hier mal die Diskussion auf mit einem Vorschlag:
