fixes to inline code #12

I fixed the second half of the literate programming tutorial, but I think I created my fork before some more recent changes were made to the main repo

Yeah this is kind of chaos. All you ever need to edit is the qmd file. No need to knit or rebuild the whole site. Can you submit a PR with just your changes to the qmd file? The easiest way would be to delete your fork (but save whatever you did) and just create a branch of main (call it kyle or something), then just add your changes and resubmit the PR.
