Add ARC64 support in autobuilder #10

This pull request was created so we could run autobuilder with ARC64 and catch problems before they go to the upstream. To do so two steps were performed:

  1. Added ARC64 as one of the configurations of autobuilder
  2. Removed all the rest configs except ARC64
