Initial bring-up of HS5x kernel based on MMU32 work by @VVIsaev.
HS5x boot tested on nSIM 2021.09 (Build 006) using the following props file: hs5x_mmu6.props.txt
Note:
This branch requires the following gcc commit to successfully build HS5x and HS6x kernels: d4daedcd4db7. This commit is already integrated to arc64 branch of gcc repository, but not yet to arc32 branch.
