Reduce fatfree usage some more #1295

Do not use AJAX detection from F3
Do not do localization on the server
daos\items: Use value object for query options
Do not use F3 for base URI detection
Do not use F3 for HTTP errors
Switch to bramus\router for routing

We still need to get rid of Database and error logging. Unfortunately “fat-free” will destroy error handling if even a sliver remains so Database will have to go first.
