Categorize items #964

Hi this is somewhat related to #206 however i would like to be able to define a few categories and then be able to add item to category similar to staring an item.

That way i could later use predifined categories as a criteria for refining results.

Any thoughts implementing this kind of feature?

Just as #206, this is out of scope of selfoss and would have to be realized using plug-in API.

As a side note, due to selfoss cleaning items after a period of time, it would be probably better to use Wallabag or Pocket. Better integration with these services would be nice. (#965)
