Fixed large title issue in index.html @#134 #137

FOSSASIA title_fix The Title tag should now contains only "FOSSASIA SUMMIT 2019" and the rest of the content is shifted to description in meta tag.

Fixes #134 issue of long title.
Better visiblilty of FOSSASIA title.
