404 and 500 failure #54

Description

Some important links in 404.html and 500.html point to nonexistent files on the current path and not document root because they lack prefixed slashes, resulting in the following.

404 failing on a lower level of the 2019 FOSSASIA site (above).

This should be fixed for visual and ergonomic purposes.

I am working on this issue.
