Sign up is not working correctly #594

Actual Behaviour when i enter details for sign up everything with correct details i got error message say "failed try again"

Steps to reproduce it https://accounts.susi.ai/signup

Maybe your email id is qlready registered.

Then it should show that email is already registered instead of that it shows "failed try again"
