Make the UI of Skills similar to skill types in Admin in mobile view #745

Actual Behaviour Currently the skills(in Admin) which shows total, reviewed and not reviewed gets too conjusted in mobile view.

Expected Behaviour Make it similar to Skill Types in Admin in mobile view.

Steps to reproduce it Log in as Admin. Go to Admin Tab. From console make it to mobile view.
