Virtual Events: Explore option to add live streaming to BBB #11

The standard BBB way does not provide livestreaming for Big Blue Button. There is a community plugin, that might be helpful here https://github.com/aau-zid/BigBlueButton-liveStreaming. Evaluate and propose options to live stream BBB events.
