Show "do not record" icon on schedule calendar view #141

If a speaker fills in "do not record" into a session proposal form an "crossed" cam icon shows up on the session page.

Also show this icon on the calendar schedule view.

On a full schedule the icon is overlapping with text. Need to move this to another area.
