re-structured task menu to be consistent with other pages #271

Based on issue #64, I added headings to the task menu. Also, I checked the links and all of them are currently working. I also added a task page about translation. This is my first pull request. I was unsure of which branch to use. If you have any advice or comments feel free to let me know. Thank you.

This fixes #64. You chose the right branch. Also, I very much value that you take ondocumentation as this enables new developers to come in an easier way!
