Description

Earlier gray bottom was appearing when scrolling on parallex's which was due to parallex.js which was changing it's position out of it's container. Now parallex is implemented using css which is much faster and makes website feels reduces lag on website and loading on extra javascript

Hey @neeraj15022001, this repo was created during GCI and is kinda no longer maintained. I would be happy if you could browse issues on the open event project since that is the highest priority now.

Oh okay i thought issues were open so maybe, not a problem if you can merge will be very good but you can still refer me some active fossasia's repo i will pick up some other issue. Thanks for reviewing this!!
