Tests for the ayab_comm via mocking

As milestone 1 has passed I am moving this issue to milestone 2. Again, I wonder what tests are actually taking place here.

Added tests from ayab_comm via mocking. Added mock for deps in tox.ini. https://github.com/fashiontec/knitlib/pull/37 re-pulled https://github.com/fashiontec/knitlib/pull/37 as https://github.com/fashiontec/knitlib/pull/38 for merge (re-pulled from master)
