knitting patterns <==> kniterate format #53

Kniterate is a startup developing a knitting machine. We can convert our format to theirs and back.

To solve this issue:

[ ] read the kniterate files and create knitting patterns from them
[ ] save knitting patterns to kniterate files
[ ] create an issue in fossasia/kniteditor that these formats should be loaded and saved

Hints:

it may be necessary to extend the set of current instructions.
you must reach kniterate so they tell you their specification. Contant @niccokunzmann for more details.
