Customer Support Representative Interface

Implement a Customer Support Representative interface to react on chat situations where a SUSI.AI bot is not able to answer (research and compare how proprietary systems do it and suggest improvements).

Sales and marketing could use SUSI.AI to communicate with customers. However, some areas are too complex for a rules based skill. Also, SUSI.AI can be used to collect basic data like names and contact details and then direct a user to a call center representative. A number of functionalities need to be implemented to achieve this.

These could include:

• Implement private APIs for bots
• Implement groups to share skill bots access
• Implement a chat hand over API and connect it to chat systems
• Add feature to store and search conversations according to different parameters and filters
• Other related features

Please research the topic and propose relevant changes or additions.
