Burger layout removed #375

In reference to issue #346 In this issue, I have removed the extra sidebar for pc size screens Task "Take out burger menu" completed.

There is a burger menu as the front page was changed some time ago and this issue was not updated. Please help to finalize the stated issue completely. Bit-sized issues are hard to handle and take up too much time. Please help with all the remaining items in the issue. Therefore closing this. Thanks.

Sorry mariobehling but there is a buggy side bar still in the ideas.html in labs.fossasia.org. And if you want to make the labs.fossasia.org header as fossasia.org header then it has a sidebar but your earlier issue asked to remove it. Please clarify it. I would also like to complete the other tasks in this issues.
