The css and js are not loading with https. #1051

Expected Behavior

The page should load properly with all the libraries.

Current Behavior

The css and js are not loading.

Possible Solution

When I turn off the HTTPs setting for brave shields. The website loads completely. So I guess make the libraries load with https turned on.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Open the website with brave.
Set the brave shields settings as "Connection upgraded to HTTPS" to ON
Rest to OFF

Browser Name and version: Brave Version 0.67.125
Machine Configuration: 8GB RAM and 2GB Graphic mMmory
