It should redirect to respective links.

Current Behavior

Possible Solution

It should have respective links for issue template.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Clone the repository
  2. Switch master branch
  3. Check CONTRIBUTING.md
  4. go to ### Report A Bug and open the link of this issue template.
  5. See the result

Context

I am new in opensource and trying to contribute in opensource project . I looked this awesome project and lookup the contributing guidelines and This issue affected when I was looking guidelines. Thank you
