Link for yaydoc is not working in navbar

Actual Behaviour On clicking the yaydoc logo in the navbar, the website for yaydoc doesn't load.

Expected Behaviour On clicking, the link should redirect us to the website of yaydoc.

Steps to reproduce it Click on Yaydoc in the navbar

Other information:

Currently, the redirect link for yaydoc in the navbar is wrong. That needs to be fixed.
