Their is no uploads folder in the directory

Actual Behaviour There is no seperate directory for storing the uploaded files

Expected Behaviour There should be a location for storage of the uploaded files

Steps to reproduce it

• Just upload any type of file, you will find that it is not getting stored anywhere

The scope of this issue is small, we can add logic for uploading into a seperate folder after this has been resolved
