Actual Behaviour

Expected Behaviour After #336 is merged, The template file and the flask file do not have integration of addition of file in seperate directories

Steps to reproduce it

• After #336 is merged, after uploading the files they are not stored in their seperate directories
• The uploaded files is an empty array
