Improve UI of Dropdown Menu

Actual Behaviour

There are various UI issues with the dropdown menu

• The items in the menu have varying heights
• The bottom link is too close to the bottom of the menu, making it easy to accidentally close the menu when clicking on it

Expected Behaviour

• All of the items should have consistent heights
• The link should be moved a bit up to prevent the user from accidentally closing the menu
