Short description of what this resolves:
This solves most issues that will occur on check on the file uploaded
The file being saved in the server after this should only be of the files that we want to be saved
It solves any case that would occur in #384
Changes proposed in this pull request:
Separate functions for checking allowed extensions of wallpaper, etc;
A way to handle cases where the extension of the file uploaded is not allowed
Boolean condition to not run the build when extension is not allowed
