Actual Behaviour

There is no clue that user can edit his/her Profile image most of user ending up with only editing his /her name

Expected Behaviour

There should be a pensil typr icon on bottom of image so that user knows that he or she can edit thier default profile

Steps to reproduce it

will add editing indicator
