[Badge Wizard] Showing <a> tag in custom field when organizer tries to add custom question to badge

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login and create new event.
2. In attendee form, add new custom question and insert link to this custom form field.
3. In Badge, Create new badge and try to add custom question in badge for showing.

Expected behaviour

1. New event created
2. New custom field created
3. Add custom field is success without any issue.
