Event mailing from and store mails in a model. #9112

Please note this issue can be taken by multiple participants. It will remain open and accessible to all participants until a successful PR is submitted.

WARNING: This is an issue for the new version v3 of the eventyay backend API, make sure you are working with the dev-v3 branch, and that your PRs target that specific branch.

Create an event mailing form that allows the user to send emails to attendees depending on their role in the event.

This issue only has to save the emails in a model. Another issue will take care of actually sending them.

Hi, I would like to work on this. I have a few questions:

  1. Does this issue only involve creating a that stores the email infomation?
  2. Should we also modify the frontend to allow user send an email?
