Open Event JSON Set for FOSSASIA15 #119

Considering that FOSSASIA 2015, unlike the 2016 event, lacks a Open Event JSON set, we should create one .

@pipix51 I have changed the file structure to the standard structure. I have also removed the original images and separated the speaker and sponsor images in two folders following the FOSSASIA 16 files. Please fix the direction of the images in the JSON files and add all other required data e.g. microlocations. Please also stick to the way other samples are set up, e.g. no ending ".json".

You can test if your files work by creating a zip file and uploading it to https://opev-webgen-dev.herokuapp.com
