The scroll bar of the edit tools menu doesn't functions properly #2946

Describe the bug The scroll bar of the edit tools menu doesn't functions properly. To Reproduce

  1. Open phimp.me application.
  2. Go to gallery and select any folder.
  3. Click on any image to be edited.
  4. A set of options containing share, edit, resize, delete, information appears on the lower part of the screen.
  5. On selecting the edit opiton a set of 5 tools appears on the same part of screen replacing the other options.
  6. There are 6 editing tools in this set but only 5 appear at once and the other is to accessed by scrolling but it is not scrollable.

Expected behavior The scrollbar wont work and you can access only 5 options.
