Lux meter guidance dialog box on how to connect sensor #936

Actual Behaviour

Parent issue #894 Lack of guidance on how to use the Lux meter with a light sensor.

Expected Behaviour

There should be a dialog box showing how to connect the sensor (currently BH1750) to the Lux meter. A check box at the bottom can save the user preference to show every time or don't show again.
