fixed 3d paths so they work with the standard , added Vishay PowerPAK… #140

changes:

  1. Changed path variable for the included KiCad 3d models to the standard ${KICAD6_3DMODEL_DIR}
  2. Added missing Vishay_PowerPAK_SO-8.step 3d model
  3. Removed >60 unconnected and overlapping traces which were causing warnings in the DRC
