Admin: Matomo tag not showing up on pages #2898

The Matomo (formerly Piwik) analytics feature does not currently work. It was changed in the way that the key/details can now be configured in the settings menu and stored on the server: https://susi.ai/admin/settings

However the site does not store the value properly. Every public page on susi.ai should call the code and enable us to understand what page users use. Pages that are build for the local client should not portray it though.
