[WIP]: Minor additions for pip #2449

This is a draft pull request for #2109 to show and save some minor changes made for implementation of PiP feature in the module. Comments in the code will be removed once it gets finalized. Some files are not pushed here as they are pending to be completed in WorkingDirectory
