Changed the color of rounded_button which is used in login and signup. Changed it to the primary color (sky blue)

Fixes #2491

Changes: changed the color of the login/signup button to the primary color.

@iamareebjamal the buttons were grey and so it's a little unsightly. Should I make any changes or close the pull request?
