Border of surrounding box of chat is too thick

Current behavior:

Border of surrounding box of chat is too thick, which hinders the messages in top and bottom from being seen.

(Arrow shows the thickness of the border) Expected behavior: It should decreased to minimum, as there is no need.

Open chat popup
