Implement a new greeter screen. #7

Currently the app starts and directly land to the conversation. IMO, we should add a greeter for the first timers and later we can add a small tutorial kind of to help them know what they can do with it.

Using technology like Shepard might be helpful in that. For now, we don't have many features with this app. So I guess it can be implemented in later stages.
