Positioning Confirm new password text field is not proper in 'Change Password tab' #162

Actual Behaviour Confirm new password text field shifts right when the upper text field shows minimum password length message. (In change password tab)

Expected Behaviour It should be properly positioned.

Steps to reproduce it Try changing password
