Top bar color and message pan color values should change when theme is changed to light/dark. #171

Actual Behaviour Presently, when theme is changed to light/dark from a custom theme, the value of colors of top bar and message pane do not change to light/dark accordingly.

Expected Behaviour the value of colors of top bar and message pane should change to light/dark with change in theme.

Steps to reproduce it Try changing the theme to light/dark from a custom one.
