The RGB led lights stay ON even after SUSI has completed the answer #385

Describe the bug SUSI shows an indication using the lights on the piHat, and sometimes even after the answer has completed, the LED's are still ON.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Ask a query from SUSI
  2. Wait for the response
  3. And see that the lights are still ON even after the answer has finished
  4. See error

Expected behavior To make the lights turn off after the answer has completed

Additional context I would like to fix this up.
